Food is one the most important factor in keeping us alive and making sure we are healthy. Food that we consume decides the way our body is. Too much of food and consuming unhealthy food will only lead to disease that our body at times cannot bear. So, deciding on what food is best for us is very important. Nowadays, people prefer canned food instead of fresh food. This is because people think that canned food is easier, save time and cut cost. But the consequences of eating canned are not seen by people so that is why consuming fresh food will be a better choice.
The reason fresh food is a better choice is definitely because it is fresh. Fresh food has no added chemical and the flavour is will not change. Food is fresh and you get to decide the flavour that you would like to add. Thus you will know the best to keep your fresh food healthy even when cooking it. Now, when it comes to canned food, the first thing that comes to our mind is of course the chemical that is added into the food. Chemical is added to keep the foods flavour and most of the flavour is artificial. This compromises the health of our body.
Another difference would be the nutrients that are in the food. When the food is manufactured and canned the nutrients in that food is lost. This is because the process that the food goes through and most of the times when food is over heated the nutrients are lost. This does not happen with the fresh foods, because ewe buys it fresh and we decide the way we handle our food. So, more or less the nutrients are still in the food.
Yet another difference between fresh and canned food is the cost that is involved in buying these canned food. Canned food is expensive and it’s only a waste of money because the food is neither fresh nor healthy. Buying fresh food cuts cost as it is cheaper than canned food. Not only that, we get to pick our choices and choose what we eat. So definitely, fresh food is better than canned food.
